Our Story
Building Sierra Leone Since 2001
S&H was established as an enterprise in 2001 and subsequently incorporated into a private limited liability company in June 2018, with the vision of becoming a leading company in real estate, project development and management, construction, civil engineering, energy, and information and communication technology (ICT) services. The company operates as a general services provider, delivering integrated solutions in construction, procurement, ICT, irrigation water systems, land development for agriculture, and real estate development.
Initially serving as a subcontractor for major construction developmental projects, S&H has since played an integral role in advancing the Government of Sierra Leone’s local content policy as prime contractor. Through active participation in project delivery and professional project management services, the company has facilitated critical works and contributed significantly to the growth of local entrepreneurship, while supporting the successful implementation of development projects in line with Sierra Leone’s national development objectives.
