Sahr Saquee Gbondo
Chief Executive Officer
An expert in infrastructural development, a sound financial consultant and a master strategist in
business investment management. Mr. Gbondo, who has over 25 years of expertise in these
disciplines, is also a qualified and highly trained solar hybrid (off-grid and on-grid) professional.
He has worked on medium- and large-scale solar energy projects, and he has consistently
delivered projects to fruition. His experiences spans beyond Sierra Leone to Europe, Asia, North
America and other Africa Countries.
Sydnella Logan
General Manager
Sydnella Logan has over 16 years of experience in finance, project management, treasury, banking
supervision, risk management, investment, and economics. She has held senior roles nationally
and internationally, with expertise in analytics, regulatory compliance, and strategic financial
oversight. She is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
Ms. Logan excels in quantitative analysis and holds an MSc in Finance, Investment and Risk with
Distinction from the University of Kent Canterbury, United Kingdom and a First Class BSc (Hons)
from the University of Sierra Leone. She passed Chartered Financial Analyst Level I exams on her
first attempt and is pursuing CFA Level II. Her professional training includes capital markets
development (WAIFEM, Lagos), Bank Examiner certification form the Central Bank of Nigeria (CNB),
EViews Economic Regression Analysis, and Bloomberg Market Concepts, reflecting her
commitment to ongoing development and global standards.
Hailemichael G. Gebrehiwot
Project Manager
Hailemichael is a civil engineer with 20 years of experience in project management,
road construction, building construction, dams and irrigation systems. It is
important to note that Hailemichael has successfully managed a project worth 700
million United State Dollars and has simultaneously manage 7 different projects in
Ethiopia. He is an experience project manager with definite objectives, setting
expectations, delivering projects on-time and within specified budget.
Engr. Aberham Aregawi Araya, P.E
Construction Manager
Aberham is one of our expatriates, he has BSc in Construction Management. he is a professional and
qualified Engineer in construction technology and management with over 16 years experience. He is
competent and experience in Construction Supervision, construction technology, project execution,
Geometric and hydrological studies, project planning and scheduling, etc.
Sahr Steven Bayoh
Operations Manager
Self-motivated and results-oriented Finance and Operations Professional with over 15 years of
experience in financial management, strategic planning, and operational excellence. Sahr is a MSc
holder in Sustainable Development-Economics and proven track record in driving organizational
growth through innovative financial strategies, process optimization, and effective team leadership.
His professional experience include but not limited to; Manage a diverse team of finance and
operations professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. He is
also a lead financial planning and Operational analyst developing and implementing operational
policies that improves efficiency by 20% and enhances service delivery.
Michael Melleh Turay
Procurement Manager & Chief of Staff (CEO’s office )
An experienced Administrator with over 14 years of working in various professional areas with well
developed skills and experience in management, procurement, Negotiation, marketing and
international sourcing. Michael has grown to the peak as Team Leader in the execution of complex
projects inSierra Leone – The NAPOS II for National Social Security and Insurance Trust (NASSIT),
Human Resource Management Office HRMO AROUTI HR& Payroll system-(European Union Project),
Ministry of Education (World Bank Project), Statistics Sierra Leone, United Nations Development
Program, Marie Stopes Sierra Leone. He also served as Admin Assistant for the Special Court of Sierra
Leone.
He is an Executive Producer; A Textbook for CIVIC EDUCATION for Schools in Sierra Leone He is a self
motivated, detail-orientated knowledgeable in human social relationship and structure. He is a strong
communicator with excellent organizational and inter-personal skills.
Ayesatu Bangura
Human Resources & Administrative Manager
Ayesatu Bangura is an accomplished HR and Administration Manager with extensive
professional experience spanning both the public and private sectors in Sierra Leone, including
service with non-multinational governmental agencies. She also brings valuable multilateral
experience to her work and is bilingual. Her academic credentials reflect a strong foundation in
management, finance, and education. She holds a Master’s degree in International Management
from Institut Supérieur de Management (ISM) in Dakar, Senegal, where she graduated as Master
de Promotion. She also earned a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Financial Services.
In addition, Ms. Bangura is a trained educator, holding a Postgraduate Diploma in Education. She
has nearly completed her Master of Philosophy in Education at the University of Sierra Leone,
further demonstrating her commitment to academic excellence and professional development.
Sia Agnes Mbendefe Chakanda
Project Coordinator
Sia Chakanda is a dynamic and accomplished professional with a diverse background in
project coordinating, project management, business development, and executive
leadership. Born in Sierra Leone and raised in the Netherlands, she brings a unique blend
of global perspective and local expertise, having lived and worked across multiple
countries, including Liberia and Sierra Leone. With an Associate Degree in
Agriculture, a Bachelor’s degree in Peace and Conflict Studies and currently pursuing a
Master’s in Law.
Binyam A. Araya
Project Accountant
Binyam is a dedicated that brings over a decade of expertise in financial management and
accounting, with a proven track record of delivering accurate, efficient, and innovative
solutions in diverse industries. He graduated from Addis Ababa University, School of
Commerce and holds a B.A. degree in Accounting and an MBA in Business Administration.
